Description
The overall architectural concept of the HOMEKONCEPT 80 G2 project consists of two blocks – utility and garage – connected by a covered terrace pergola. The designed pergola is unique for another reason – it is quite boldly extended far beyond the face of the front wall, and its structure is set only on a single openwork base, so it almost seems to float in the air. The residential part is surrounded by a traditional gabled roof. Over the garage, on the other hand, a flat roof structure was used, which is a natural extension of the pergola, united directly with the facade walls. The use of facade boards to finish the face of the walls makes the building blend harmoniously with the natural landscape that surrounds it. The gable wall on the side of the living room features a two-story glazing, which provides a panoramic view of the terrace and garden. The project is also noteworthy for its other glazing, which frames the surrounding landscape and allows homebuyers to observe their surroundings from different perspectives.
- HOMEKONCEPT 80 G2 is a modern single-story house with an attic, inspired by the architecture of the Polish countryside, with an unusual spatial layout.
- The house consists of two blocks (living and garage) connected by a covered pergola that seems to float thanks to an openwork structure.
- The gabled roof over the living area and the flat roof over the garage create a harmonious whole, promoting integration with the natural landscape.
- Two-story glazing in the living room provides panoramic views of the terrace and garden, while other glazing allows for a variety of views of the surroundings.
- The first floor includes an open living area with a dining room, kitchen and pantry, a smaller bathroom and two bedrooms with corner windows.
- The main entrance is located in the middle, connecting the living area with the garage and providing access to a large bathroom and laundry room.
