Description
The simple body of the building, based on a rectangular plan, has been covered with a classic gable roof, which creates a harmonious image of the entire structure. White plaster and decorative HPL facade panels in combination with Siberian larch boards give the facade a thoroughly modern dimension. In turn, the functionally planned first floor with a usable attic will satisfy the needs of all householders. Also noteworthy in the design of the modern house HOMEKONCEPT 78 is the consistent color scheme of the gray window and door woodwork, which blends perfectly with the modern, flat tile. An ornamental beam was designed around the house, which emphasizes the original style of the block. Another interesting solution is the location of the main entrance area in the arcade, which not only has aesthetic value, but also creates a practical shelter from snow and rain.
