The house with an attic HOMEKONCEPT 77 is a very practical building with a functional layout of rooms. The main entrance to the house is located in a narrow bay, connecting the two-car garage with the living area of the first floor. Designing it on a rectangular plan made it possible to separate two zones – the economic and the living areas. The living zone consists of a living room with a gently separated kitchen, pantry and dining room. This part occupies more than half of the first floor area and is located deep inside the house. This spacious “open space” is preceded by a bathroom and a utility area consisting of a laundry room and a spacious dressing room. On the other side of the house you will find a comfortable work space, namely a functional study, where you can indulge in professional duties without disturbing the rest of the household. The room can also serve as a guest room. The second floor, in the form of a usable attic, is the night zone, where householders can feel fully at ease. In the attic we have set aside space for three bedrooms, each of which has a separate dressing room. One of them is additionally equipped with a bathroom for exclusive use, which makes up the so-called master bedroom, an extremely comfortable space for the main inhabitants of the house. Thanks to the retreat of the wall with windows into the body on the gable wall, in the modern barn-style design of HOMEKONCEPT 77 we found room for a balcony in the attic and a small canopy for part of the terrace on the first floor. The covered terrace behind the garage creates an attractive extension of the home’s recreation and leisure area, which is sure to please homeowners with its cozy atmosphere from early spring until late autumn.
