Project HOMEKONCEPT 72 B is a modern semi-detached house with an extremely attractive functional layout. The body covered with a gable roof is decorated with white and gray plaster and natural wood cladding. The whole is complemented by flat roof tiles and window woodwork in shades of gray. Decorative beams incorporated into the facade emphasize the modern character of the building. A balcony has been designed on the south side, which at the same time protects the terrace below it from rainfall.
The first floor of HOMEKONCEPT 72 B features a spacious living room with a dining room, a practical kitchen and a pantry. These are essential elements for creating a homely atmosphere. It is also worth noting the windows, which, due to their size, guarantee excellent illumination of the rooms. From the living room you can go out onto a sunny terrace that encourages spending free time with family and friends. The designers also took care of an additional guest room and a small bathroom with a shower. The technical part of the building also includes a boiler room, which serves as a laundry room, and a utility room behind the garage. In the attic, a comfortable private area has been designed. Here you will find a bathroom, three bedrooms and the parents’ bedroom with a private dressing room. Everything has been practically thought out, and every meter has been used.
