The HOMEKONCEPT 71 house project is a simple, easy to build and full of comfort house in modern style. The body of the building, covered by a gable roof, has been decorated with an interestingly designed silicone plaster facade. Thanks to a decorative beam running around the facade, the house has gained a very attractive appearance. The entrance to the building has been set back into the body of the building, providing shelter from rain and snowfall for those entering the interior. High, floor-to-ceiling windows and a panoramic sliding set installed in the living room illuminate the interiors and add to the charm of the entire block. A sunny terrace located above the garage is an additional resting place for the householders. The flat tile in fashionable grays blends perfectly with the modern facade.
The interior of the HOMEKONCEPT 71 house will provide comfort for a family of 4-5 people. Upon entering the building, you will find yourself in a small vestibule, which allows you to freely remove and hang your clothes in the closet. Next to the vestibule is a small laundry room. A spacious hallway leads on one side to a two-room private area on the first floor, and on the other to a spacious, sunny living room. A staircase is located opposite the vestibule. In the living area, the living room together with the dining room and kitchen form an open, multifunctional space. Next to the kitchen, space has been set aside for a practical, lockable pantry. Two bedrooms and a small bathroom have been designed on the first floor. The attic is furnished with 2 large bedrooms, a lockable dressing room and a functional bathroom.
