Natural facade materials will make the house blend in perfectly with the surrounding landscape. Wooden cladding was used to finish the exterior walls, which, combined with thin-coat plaster, create an attractive whole. The modern character of the building is emphasized by white beams surrounding the body of the building, large glazing, interestingly integrated into the facade, and elegant flat roof tiles. A spacious covered terrace is the perfect place to host an outdoor barbecue dinner.

The interior of HOMEKONCEPT 67 has been designed to make each householder feel comfortable. The heart of the house is a multifunctional, spacious living area of more than 40 meters. It features a kitchenette with a dining area and a relaxation zone in the living room, which can be further enlarged by opening it to the terrace and garden. A comfortable sofa invites you to relax with a cup of aromatic coffee. Panoramic windows perfectly illuminate the interiors and optically enlarge them. Two spacious bedrooms are accessible from the hall. The bathroom, which impresses with its size and equipment, is very interesting. Under the stairs on the first floor there is a utility room, where a gas central heating furnace is installed. A separate toilet closes the functional program of the first floor. In the attic, a double bedroom with a dressing room and an open space on the mezzanine, which offers a beautiful view of the garden, have been designed.
