HOMEKONCEPT 65 A is a project of a year-round house with a mezzanine. This small building, thanks to its natural stone facade, will blend in perfectly with any plot, regardless of location. The southern elevation is entirely occupied by a large, two-story glazing, guaranteeing beautiful views outside the window. A characteristic beam running around the house decorates the simple body of the building. A partially covered terrace encourages residents to plan outdoor activities regardless of the weather. The flat roof tile in shades of gray emphasizes the modern character of the building.
The interior of the HOMEKONCEPT 65 A house has been designed with the comfort of homebuyers in mind. The open living area houses a kitchen with a dining room and a living room. You can sit comfortably on the sofa and watch your favorite movie with a cup of aromatic coffee. A bathroom with a shower is also planned on the first floor. On the mezzanineis a double bedroom with views on two sides of the world.
