Description
The finished project of the luxury residence HOMEKONCEPT 64 is a sprawling block with a garage extended in front of the face of the building, covered with an enveloping roof. From its surroundings, the house is distinguished by an unusually aesthetic white facade, contrasting with the dark roof tiles and window and door woodwork. Numerous large glazings fantastically illuminate the interiors, while giving the villa a distinctive and original character. Typical of HOMEKONCEPT, white beams make the entrance area extremely attractive, and on the south side it creates a modern terrace canopy. A large terrace surrounding the house on three sides is sure to appeal to lovers of beautiful garden arrangements. Thanks to the fact that the terrace has been partially covered, spending time in its space is possible regardless of weather conditions.
At the design stage of the modern villa HOMEKONCEPT 64, care was taken to provide additional insulation to the exterior walls and equip it with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, making it an energy-efficient home design.
