The HOMEKONCEPT 61 D house with a usable attic consists of two segments, whose simple shape is broken by garages protruding in front of the face of the building. The gable roof covering the house looks extremely elegant and harmonizes with the modern facade made of plaster and natural wood. The color-matched window and door woodwork complements the facade, giving the block a contemporary character. A decorative beam, typical of HOMEKONCEPT, makes the entrance area more attractive, while providing shelter from rain and wind. On the garden side of the HOMEKONCEPT 61 D project, attention is drawn to the numerous and large glazings, providing optimal lighting for the interior and giving the solid an incredible lightness. Each segment belongs to a partially covered terrace, which is a direct extension of the living room.
