HOMEKONCEPT 56 is a project of a modern house with a usable attic and a 2-car garage. The simple body is crowned by a gabled roof, covered with flat tiles in fashionable shades of gray. The attractively finished facade composed of silicone plaster and large-format concrete panels emphasizes the timeless character of the house. The noble elegance is also added by large glazing, perfectly illuminating the interiors, and a glass balustrade enclosing the balcony from the garden. The characteristic beam surrounding the building shields the entrance area and part of the terrace from adverse weather conditions. Additional space located above the garage, provides an attractive rest area for the whole family.

The functionally designed interiors are very interesting. Through a spacious vestibule we enter the comfortable living area. The living room, wide open to the terrace and garden, provides residents with relaxation and rest. A centrally located fireplace will provide a nice atmosphere during winter evenings. The space of the kitchen and dining room is very well lit on two sides, and the pantry, located next to it, facilitates the storage of groceries and preserves. A large peninsula with a worktop facilitates comfortable work in the kitchen. An additional room has access to the terrace and can be used as a study or guest bedroom. The first floor program is complemented by a bathroom and a boiler room, through which you can pass to the garage. The private zone in the attic houses two rooms, a dressing room, a laundry room and a large, bright bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a small dressing room and its own bathroom. The entire attic space is well lit with natural light and will provide comfortable rest for a family of 4.
