Description
The HOMEKONCEPT 51 house project is a simple block covered with a gabled roof, the shape of which is emphasized by a garage extended in front of the face of the building. The space above the garage has been arranged as a beautiful and large attic terrace. Maintained in subdued colors, the facade made of plaster and facade panels harmonizes with the graphite tile on the roof, presenting a classic and elegant appearance. Numerous large glazings on the garden side provide ideal daylight to the interior and naturally open the house to the surrounding space. Noteworthy are the two partially covered terraces surrounding the building – they provide an ideal place for family leisure activities regardless of weather conditions.
At the design stage of our house with an attic and a two-car garage, care was taken to provide additional insulation of the external walls and to equip it with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. So we are dealing with an energy-efficient house design.
