Description
The design of the single-family house HOMEKONCEPT 50 is a rectangular block covered with an eaveless roof. The modern character of the building is emphasized here by the original facade made of natural slate, plaster and wood in a warm shade. Thus composed, it adds an incredible lightness to the mass. Numerous large glazings on the garden side provide optimal daylight to the interior, while opening the house to the surrounding garden. The entire structure is surrounded by white beams, typical of our Studio , making the entrance area more attractive, and on the garden side it transforms into a beautiful pergola shielding the terrace from excessive sunlight. The large terrace surrounding the building will appeal to lovers of interesting arrangements of the exterior of the house. It presents itself beautifully and is a dream relaxation zone for the whole family.
HOMEKONCEPT 50 is a modern house designed to an energy-efficient standard. Additional insulation of the walls, floor and ceiling, as well as the use of mechanical ventilation with recuperation will significantly reduce future maintenance costs of the building.
