Description
The HOMEKONCEPT 49 house project is a sprawling L-shaped block with a garage extended in front of the face of the building, covered with a gable roof. It owes its unusual charm to a modern facade made with white plaster, graphite stone and contrasting light wood. The dark tile harmonizes with the facade, giving it a classic character but with a fashionable touch. The whole is surrounded by a white beam, typical of HOMEKONCEPT, protecting the entrance area from rain and wind, which on the garden side transforms into an openwork pergola shielding the terrace. A large terrace accessible directly from the living room will certainly appeal to lovers of interesting garden arrangements. Shielded from excess sunlight, it is the perfect place to celebrate family meals together outdoors. It will also work well as a backyard relaxation area surrounded by garden greenery. Noteworthy here is the large, two-story glazing located on the garden elevation. It perfectly illuminates the passageways of the house while providing a phenomenal view of the surroundings.
At the design stage of the modern HOMEKONCEPT 49 house, the architects took care of additional insulation of the external walls and equipped it with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Thus, we are dealing with an energy-efficient house design.
