HOMEKONCEPT 47 B is a house project designed for semi-detached housing, distinguished by interesting architectural solutions. The entrance area draws attention to the characteristic beam, which was designed in two color variants, separately for each segment. Modern finishing of the facade with stone cladding, natural wood and plaster in muted colors, emphasizes the unique style of the building. Large glazings of the living area provide very good light to the interiors, while connecting the house with the surrounding garden. The decorative beam used over the terrace is an attractive architectural detail that distinguishes the entire HOMEKONCEPT collection.
In the representative living area, the spacious living room accommodates a comfortable corner sofa, providing the household with relaxation and rest every day. At the large dining room table the whole family can sit comfortably for Sunday lunch or a formal dinner. The open kitchen has been beautifully illuminated by two windows. An additional room would be perfect as a study or guest bedroom. A small bathroom with a shower is accessible from the hallway, as well as a boiler room with a laundry function, through which you can pass to the single-car garage.
The attic houses the private zone of the house. Three well-positioned bedrooms have been designed here, as well as a public bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The parents’ bedroom also houses a spacious dressing room and can be used to access the sunny terrace, located above the garage.
