The design of the HOMEKONCEPT 46 house is a perfect proposal for owners of narrow plots of land with a width of 19.40 meters, who fell in love with the modern style of the HOMEKONCEPT Studio. The building is distinguished by a subdued color scheme of the facade designed using a plaster with a concrete structure, which is complemented by a darker silicone plaster. The entire composition is complemented by a very elegant flat ceramic or concrete tile. The garage, protruding forward, together with a decorative openwork beam, creates an interesting arrangement of the entrance area. In the garden area at the disposal of the residents is a pleasant, multifunctional terrace, shielded from excessive sunlight by openwork beams. Large glazings designed in the rooms of the living area perfectly illuminate the interiors, while facilitating the communication of homeowners with the garden. A small covered terrace connected to one of the bedrooms creates a discreet lounge area, separated from the main living area.

Once inside, one’s attention is drawn to the very good layout of the rooms. In the vestibule, a large closet with sliding doors has been designed, allowing to store coats and jackets and shoes of the whole family. Two long worktops in the kitchen make it easy to prepare meals, and the pantry adjacent to the kitchen can easily accommodate all the home preserves. The living area has several functional zones, allowing household members to relax after a day’s work. There is room here for both a formal dinner, a nice evening in the glow of the fireplace or a TV or movie screening. The private area includes 3 bedrooms, a very spacious dressing room, a large family bathroom and a smaller guest bathroom. The economic part of the house consists of a gas boiler room, with the possibility of using a solid fuel boiler, and a laundry room located in the same room. From the boiler room one enters a convenient garage accommodating 2 cars.
