Description
HOMEKONCEPT 45 G2 is a modern single-story house. It attracts attention with its beautiful body and very elegant facade arrangement. The building was designed on the plan of an elongated rectangle, making it perfectly suitable for implementation on narrow plots. The house has, very economical in construction, a pitched roof covered with flat tiles. The roof covering perfectly harmonizes with the facade, designed from gray concrete elements with a touch of natural wood. The decorative band located around the building – a hallmark of HOMEKONCEPT projects. The beam on the garden side is transformed into an openwork pergola, which is an interesting decorative element of this project. Large glazings used instead of traditional windows provide the interiors with plenty of light, while optically enlarging all rooms.
