Description
The HOMEKONCEPT 44 house project belongs to the category of single-story houses. The simple body was covered with a gable roof and decorated with an attractive beam. The entrance and part of the terrace on the side of the garden have been moved back into the body of the house, thus gaining natural protection from rain and snow. The modern character of the building is emphasized by an attractive facade, designed in a timeless, subdued style. Large glazings perfectly illuminate the interiors of the house.
The house was designed with the comfort of a family of several people in mind. The central place in the living room is occupied by a comfortable sofa, which invites you to spend a pleasant afternoon by the fireplace with a cup of aromatic coffee. The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a worktop, where you can have breakfast or a quick meal during the day. A small pantry next to the kitchen makes it easy to store preserves and groceries. The private area includes 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom and an additional toilet. A private dressing room, divided into a men’s and women’s section, was designed in the parents’ bedroom. Adjacent to the spacious vestibule is a gas boiler room, which also serves as a laundry room.
The project features mechanical ventilation with recuperation, as well as high-performance window frames and excellent insulation of the exterior walls.
