Description
The HOMEKONCEPT 44 G1 Ytong house project is a modern block designed on a rectangular plan, covered with a gabled roof that is minimalist in its expression. Decorated with a characteristic beam HOMEKONCEPT in white color, it will stand out from the surroundings of traditional buildings and is sure to delight everyone with its remarkable appearance.
The facade was composed in such a way as to combine the impossible, i.e. timelessness and universality with a dose of modernity. White and anthracite plaster is beautifully warmed here by Siberian larch in the form of facade boards.
The entrance area has been located in an alcove, which further provides shelter from the rain for guests waiting to enter the house. On the garden side, on the other hand, preserving geometric details, a part of the terrace has been hidden under a beam. This part of the building has been additionally relieved by large glazing, so that when glancing at this project we notice at a glance its unusual lightness and subtlety.
