HOMEKONCEPT 42 is a project for a single-story house with a 2-car garage, which fits perfectly into shallow plots. The L-shaped body of the building is decorated with a characteristic beam, exposing the entrance area of the house and surrounding the spacious terrace, located on the garden side. The facade composed of natural stone and plaster emphasizes the modern style of the house. The flat anthracite-colored roof tile is an elegant complement to the whole. The large glazings used in the design perfectly illuminate the interiors of the house.

The functional layout draws attention to the clear division into living and sleeping areas. The spacious living room creates, together with the dining room and kitchen, an attractive open space, where every household member will find a place for himself. A fireplace was designed in the living room, which can be used to warm up the rooms during colder days. In the night zone there are 3 bedrooms, each with an exit to the terrace. A large family bathroom has been combined with a laundry room, and a separate toilet and a spacious dressing room are also available to residents in the night zone. The functional program of the house is complemented by a practical pantry next to the kitchen and a large boiler room behind the 2-car garage, which serves as a utility room.
