Project:
Description
The HOMEKONCEPT 42 B house project is an interesting proposal for a single-story semi-detached house with an interestingly arranged, very modern facade. The body of the building is highlighted by a unique beam decorating the entrance area and shielding the terrace from excessive sunlight. The subdued color scheme of the facade elements was composed of natural stone combined with plaster and anthracite tile. Very large glazing perfectly illuminates the rooms and at the same time connects the house with the garden.
The interior impresses with a large, functional living area separated by a breakfast countertop from the kitchen. A small pantry, useful in any home, was designed nearby. The private zone includes 3 comfortable rooms, a bathroom combined with a laundry room, a separate toilet and an additional dressing room. The utility area, accessed through a spacious vestibule, includes a 2-car garage and a large boiler room.
The project is especially recommended for shallow plots and belongs to the category of small houses. The building is designed with mechanical ventilation with recuperation (heat recovery).
