Description
Project of the house HOMEKONCEPT 38 version 01 is a small, compact single-story house, which is a perfect proposal for a family of four. From the front elevation its body is diversified by a two-car garage protruding in front of the face of the wall and a decorative beam supported by pillars. An attractive cut of the terrace into the body of the house from the garden side breaks its simple form and makes the living room part slightly separated from the dining room. The entire living area is separated from the garden by impressive glazing, which will provide adequate light and optically enlarge the interior.
On a small area of the house, three rooms with balcony doors allowing access to the terrace, a shared bathroom and a small toilet were designed.
The design also impresses with the arrangement of the facade – natural facade stone was combined here with architectural concrete and white plaster. The whole is accentuated by the use of dark roof tiles and window woodwork.
