HOMEKONCEPT 37 is a project of a two-story house with a modern and distinctive design. The simple, consistent body of the house is varied from the outside by a beam surrounding the house and an impressive facade. The combination of white and graphite plaster with natural stone facade gives the whole a unique elegance.
The interior of the house conceals perfectly laid out rooms. On the first floor you will be delighted by the spacious L-shaped living area, which consists of an open living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful staircase designed here and the large glazing. They will ensure maximum illumination of the interior and optically enlarge the space, opening up a panorama of the beautiful garden for the household.
