HOMEKONCEPT 33 is an enlarged variant of the HOMEKONCEPT 31 house. It is distinguished from the original by its attic adaptation. The house is approached through an entrance separated by a pergola. Just beyond the threshold we are greeted by a very spacious vestibule from which we can enter the closet. It will accommodate the outer clothing and footwear of the whole family. Directly from the dressing room we can go to the two-car garage. The living area in HOMEKONCEPT 33 consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room. A small pantry has been designed next to the kitchen. A place just perfect for storing food supplies or small appliances. The dining room and living room are separated from the kitchen by a practical peninsula. Arranging bar stools next to it, we can get an ideal place for quick morning breakfasts. The living room, dining room and kitchen thanks to large glazing and are very well lit. Also designed on the first floor are 2 bedrooms, a study, a spacious bathroom and a toilet. From the bedroom and the study you can access the terrace with a beam, characteristic of our Studio.
