HOMEKONCEPT 31 is a scaled-down variant of our captivating HOMEKONCEPT 26 single-story house. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious terrace and the house’s chic facade composed by combining concrete slabs with high-quality wood and applied white beams around the house. It is impossible to pass by indifferently the stately front entrance, subtly hidden under the wooden beam.
Inside the house, a large living area is envisaged, which includes a large and longitudinal window – a dining room, a kitchen with a separate pantry and a spacious living room. Three spacious rooms and a sizable dressing room are provided for the householder’s use. The house is designed to be energy-efficient, with proper insulation of the walls, roof and floor, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery is also provided. On the Polish market of catalog projects, it is certainly difficult to meet an equally thoughtful and attractive single-story house.
