Architectural concrete and timeless wood have been gaining popularity for years, both in interiors and architecture. In the HOMEKONCEPT 31 variant 4 project, both of these finishing materials have become the focal point for the house’s facade. Timeless wood gives the mass a natural character and makes the building blend more easily with its surroundings. Raw concrete, on the other hand, is synonymous with simplicity and elegance, which successfully fits into modern architectural trends.

What else distinguishes this project? A characteristic element is a beam protruding beyond the profile of the house, located above the terrace and at the entrance elevation. It gives the block an original character, while also serving as a decorative screen. Its undoubted advantage is an interesting visual effect, but also any possibility of arrangement, for example, with live climbing plants. Such a beam will perfectly correspond to the garden, and on hot days will provide a shady corner where you can hide from the sun.

In the functional layout of the HOMEKONCEPT 31 variant 4 project a few minor modifications were made compared to the base project. In the private area, in the place where the dressing room was located, a large bathroom has been placed. The utility room adjacent to the garage in the original design was also removed. Its place was taken by a boiler room, next to which a second bathroom was placed to ensure comfort and convenience for all household members and guests.
