Description
The facade of the house was designed according to modern architectural trends by combining contrasting materials – concrete and wood. By bringing out the greatest qualities and visual characteristics of both materials, the design of HOMEKONCEPT 31 variant 3 gives the impression of being minimalist and cozy at the same time.
On the Polish market of catalog projects it is difficult to find an equally well-thought-out and attractive single-story house, created with the comfort of a large family in mind. The functional layout of the rooms is unchanged from the base. The only modification is the enlargement of the living area, i.e. the kitchen and living room with dining room. The designers, focusing primarily on spacious interiors and simple forms, realize the dreams of investors in this project. For this reason, HOMEKONCEPT 31 variant 3 could not lack a large living room with a magnificent kitchen. Such a design solution will work especially well for large families who need a versatile space, both for preparing and eating meals, and for work or leisure.
