Description
Particular attention is drawn to the noble facade of the house, composed from a combination of concrete slabs and high-quality wood. In addition, an unusual solution used in the project HOMEKONCEPT 31 variant 2 is the use of white beams around the house and a grand front entrance, discreetly hidden under a wooden pergola, which makes an unusual impression.
Inside the house there is a spacious living area, which consists of a dining room, kitchen with a separate pantry and a spacious living room, illuminated by a large and longitudinal window. At the disposal of the householders, the architects have given three spacious rooms and a sizable dressing room. The house is designed to be energy efficient, with proper insulation of the walls, roof and floor, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery is also provided. On the Polish market of catalog projects, it is certainly difficult to meet an equally thoughtful and attractive single-story house.
