HOMEKONCEPT 31 variant 1 is a project of a modern single-storey house with a multi-pitched roof, which is a scaled-down variant of our captivating single-storey house HOMEKONCEPT 26. Designed in accordance with energy-saving standards and using solid insulation of the walls, roof and floor, as well as mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, it is a dream come true for a warm and safe house overlooking a beautiful garden.
Among the solutions that at first glance distinguish the project are the striking facade with wooden beams and the extremely spacious terrace, hidden between the two wings of the house and additionally shaded by a pergola.
