HOMEKONCEPT 28 is a variant of the HOMEKONCEPT 26 house project, but in an extended version, in which the attic has been adapted. Both in the original and here the attention is drawn to the house’s modern facade – a juxtaposition of concrete slabs with noble wood along with a complementary white beam around the house. The spacious terrace with exceptional finishing is also a delight. The entrance from the front catches the eye with its originality – it has been delicately obscured by a wooden beam.
The interior of the house has retained a large living area, which measures 60 sqm, along with an oblong window in the dining room that gives a unique character, as well as a kitchen with a separate pantry, three spacious rooms and a large dressing room. The attic has been developed with another three rooms with dressing rooms and bathrooms, as well as a large recreation room that can be used in any way. Amazingly, the mezzanine designed over part of the living room, which visually increases the space of the house and gives it elegance and unique charm. The design of this house is qualified to energy-saving standards – it provides for adequate insulation of the roof and walls, as well as mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
