Description
The design of the HOMEKONCEPT 26 variant 06 house is a sprawling block covered with a hipped roof, highlighted by the white beam characteristic of HOMEKONCEPT. The house is extremely aesthetically pleasing due to its modern facade composed of a combination of concrete, plaster and wood. The overall appearance is elegant and harmonizes with the graphite tile covering the roof. Numerous large glazings on the garden side catch the eye, while providing ideal daylight to the interior. Particularly noteworthy in this project is the spacious terrace, which is a natural extension of the living room. Sheltered by a striking beam, it provides an ideal place for a family dinner or quiet relaxation surrounded by the backyard greenery. The beam also makes the entrance area of the house more attractive.
HOMEKONCEPT 26 variant 6 is an energy-efficient house project. Insulation of the external walls and floor, as well as mechanical ventilation, allowed to significantly reduce heat loss.
