Description
The finished project of a house with a garage HOMEKONCEPT 26 variant 10 is a sprawling block with a garage extended in front of the face of the building, covered with a hipped roof. Its shape is emphasized by an extremely aesthetically pleasing modern facade, made using concrete slabs, plaster and wood. The graphite tile on the roof harmonizes with the facade, giving the block a contemporary, fashionable character. Numerous and large glazings provide optimal daylight to the interior and guarantee a phenomenal view of the space surrounding the house. The whole is surrounded by a white beam typical of our Studio. On the garden side, the decorative beam transforms into an openwork terrace canopy, which is an ideal protection from excessive sunlight. The spacious terrace, which is a natural extension of the living room, is sure to appeal to lovers of backyard greenery and will successfully serve as an outdoor dining area or relaxation zone for the whole family. A beam supported by three white pillars also makes the entrance area of the house more attractive.
HOMEKONCEPT 26 variant 10 is an energy-efficient design of a modern house. Additional insulation of external walls and the use of mechanical ventilation with recuperation allowed to significantly reduce heat loss.
