HOMEKONCEPT 26 Variant 04 is another installment of the popular 26, prepared especially for those interested in a modified version of this house. Variant 4 differs from the original project in several functional changes. First of all, the 2 – stall garage has been expanded by 2.5 meters. In addition, the boiler room, bathroom and dressing room were enlarged, and a utility room was added behind the garage. Both the variant and the basic version attract attention with original architectural solutions. The body of the bungalow is decorated with an interesting beam, which over the leisure terrace creates an openwork pergola to shield resting householders from excessive sunlight. Elegant facade composed of white and gray plaster, filled with noble wood facade creates an attractive, timeless composition. The building also features a 2-stall garage, the body of which has been extended in front of the face of the front wall.
