HomeKONCEPT 26 variant 2 is an extremely tasteful and modern house. It delights equally with its mass, elevation, room layout and interior design. The combination of concrete slabs, wood and white plaster on the facade, gives an extremely elegant impression. A large terrace with a beam so characteristic of our Studio’s designs is also not to be missed.
We enter the house through an extremely representative entrance sheltered by a beam and supported by three, classical pillars. Entering the house we find ourselves in a spacious vestibule. Instead of a closet, our architects, designed a dressing room. It will successfully accommodate the outerwear and shoes of the whole family. From the dressing room you can go to the two-car garage. Emerging from the vestibule, we can see a very precise division of the interior into living and night zones. In the living zone the kitchen, dining room and living room have been designed. A small pantry, a place ideal for storing, for example, food supplies, tableware or small appliances, has been separated next to the kitchen. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a practical counter – which is an extension of the countertop. You can arrange, for example, bar stools at it and get an ideal place for quick morning breakfasts. The dining table was planned along the panoramic window. This gives very good light and an interesting arrangement of this place. The living room is spacious and very well lit by the use of large glass windows. A comfortable sofa and a fireplace create an atmosphere just right for evening relaxation.
