Description
HOMEKONCEPT 100 is a modern design of a 123 m² house with an attic, which perfectly combines aesthetics with functionality. The house’s facade is made of silicone plaster in white and graphite, enriched with natural wood for the facade, giving the mass an elegant, contemporary character. The house was designed with the convenience of a family of five in mind, providing a comfortable layout of rooms and space for both spending time together and relaxing.
The project is distinguished by a well-thought-out interior layout that promotes the organization of home life. The first floor features a living area consisting of a spacious kitchen with an adjoining pantry, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace. Large windows in the living area provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the garden, which further emphasizes the modern character of the project.
