Description
Modern single-family house with a usable attic and a two-car garage HOMEKONCEPT 02 G2 ENERGO is a rectangular block covered with a gable roof. Adjacent to the building is a two-car garage, the roof of which has been arranged as an elegant, large terrace.
During the design stage, care was taken to make it an energy-efficient home. That’s why this finished house project has effective insulation, high-quality energy-efficient window and door frames, and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. All these elements contribute to the fact that HOMEKONCEPT 02 G2 ENERGO is not only an energy-efficient house, but also easy to maintain.
In the house project, the facade was designed with HPL panels, white plaster and wood. This choice of facade materials gave the mass an elegant and modern style. All this, combined with the gray sheet metal on the roof, gave the whole house design a timeless look. The fashionable character of the building has been emphasized by numerous glazings, providing optimal lighting for the interiors. A great asset of the block here is the two-story glazing in the living room, which opens the interior to the garden. The design of the house was prepared so that directly from the living room you can go to the covered terrace. For this reason, the project HOMEKONCEPT 02 G2 ENERGO is an interesting proposition for people who value proximity to nature.
