Description
The project of a house with a usable attic and a two-car garage HOMEKONCEPT 02 G2 ENERGO variant 1 is a rectangular block covered with a gable roof. Adjacent to it is a large two-car garage, the roof of which has been arranged as a terrace. At the design stage of the house, care was taken to provide effective insulation, high-quality energy-efficient window and door frames and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
HOMEKONCEPT 02 G2 ENERGO variant 1 is a project of an easy-to-maintain and energy-efficient house, which is extremely aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The appearance of the facade here has been refined to the smallest detail. Composed of HPL panels, white plaster and decorative elements of natural wood, it looks modern and fashionable, and combined with the gray sheet metal on the roof, it is a sophisticated arrangement. Large glazings further enhance the solid and provide ideal lighting for the living area. The designed two-story glazing in the living room opens the interior of the house to the garden, and the covered terrace accessible from the living room looks elegant and encourages relaxation.
