Description
The project of a semi-detached house with a usable attic HOMEKONCEPT 02 B consists of two segments on a rectangular plan, covered with a gable roof. Adjacent to each of them is a single-car garage, the roof of which has been arranged as a terrace. At the stage of designing the house, care was taken to ensure the necessary elements, such as high-quality window and door frames and gravity ventilation with the possibility of converting to mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
HOMEKONCEPT 02 B is an extremely aesthetically pleasing design of a modern house, which has been refined to the smallest detail. Its contemporary look with a fashionable touch is given by the facade materials used. HPL panels in gray, white plaster and decorative elements of natural wood combined with gray sheet metal on the roof give it a sophisticated effect. In addition, the character of the building has been highlighted with large glazings that provide adequate interior lighting. The two-story glazing in the living room enhances its body and makes the HOMEKONCEPT 02 B project an ideal choice for those who value easy access to the garden and interesting arrangements of the exterior of the house.
