Eco 38 is a single-family house with a usable attic and a single-car garage. The project will be ideal for a family of 4-5 people. The classic simple body with a dormer and bay window, a large amount of glazing, brick cladding and a flat graphite tile roof is a combination that will appeal to lovers of tradition.
The living zone of the project consists of an open kitchen with a pantry and a bright living room with a dining room. A great asset of the house is an additional room on the first floor, which can serve as a study or a room for a senior citizen. The single-car garage has a very practical solution in the form of an additional exit from the garden. A spacious covered terrace across the width of the house gives great freedom of arrangement.
