Eco 37 is a single-family house with a usable attic. The project will be ideal for a family of 4-5 people. The classic simple body, a large amount of glazing, wooden cladding and a seam metal roof without eaves is a combination that will appeal to both lovers of tradition and those looking for modern solutions.
The living zone of the project consists of an open kitchen with a pantry and a bright living room with a dining room. A great asset of the house is an additional room on the first floor with a large window and a view of the garden, which can serve as a study or a room for a senior citizen. The single-car garage has a very practical solution in the form of an additional exit from the garden. A spacious terrace across the width of the house gives great freedom of arrangement.
The night part was located on the first floor. A bright corridor leads to three bedrooms. Two of them are of similar size, set up, with an additional large window, and the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and access to a large terrace over the garage.
