Description
The “E-198” house project is an elegant and functional proposal for families who value space, comfort and aesthetics. The house with a classic body with a gable roof harmoniously combines traditional architecture with modern solutions, offering spacious interiors and a thoughtful layout of rooms.
The first floor features an open yet subtly divided living space. A separate kitchen with a practical pantry allows for convenient preparation of meals and storage of supplies. The kitchen connects to the dining room, which flows seamlessly into the spacious living room. The focal point of the living room is the fireplace area, which adds to the interior coziness and creates a warm atmosphere on colder days. Large glass windows in the living room let in plenty of natural light, opening up the interior to the terrace and garden. An additional room on the first floor can be used as a study, guest bedroom or work space.
The attic is a comfortable private area for householders. There are three spacious bedrooms, each with easy access to bathrooms. The master bedroom has been equipped with a personal bathroom and dressing room, providing exceptional comfort and privacy for the homeowners. An additional asset of the attic is a spacious recreation room, which can be adapted into a home gym, hobby room, children’s play area or additional space for relaxation.
