Description
Project “Agaton Polo (1685)” is a functional single-family house with a usable attic and basement, designed for a family of 5-6 people. The classic body with a gabled roof and elegant details makes the house practical and aesthetically pleasing. Thanks to the basement, the project will be perfect for plots with a difference in levels.
A spacious living area is planned on the first floor, which includes a living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen and a dining room. Large glazing in the living room provides natural lighting and opens the space to the terrace and garden. The kitchen connected to the dining room promotes the integration of household members, and an additional room on this floor can serve as a study or guest bedroom. There is also a bathroom on the first floor.
The attic is the private zone of the householders. Four comfortable bedrooms have been designed here, including the main one with access to a large balcony. There are also two bathrooms on this floor, which increase the comfort of daily life for a large family.
The basement is a practical solution that offers a two-car garage and space for utility rooms, such as a boiler room and storage room. This solution provides additional storage space or the ability to adapt the space for utility purposes.
